State of Liberty empowers women with practical self-care tools to nourish themselves, their communities, and the planet.
We live in a quick fix culture and can be expected to perform at maximum capacity all the time, with no emphasis on the importance of rest or the cyclical nature of life.
At State of Liberty, our approach to self-care is all about sustainable wellbeing, but what does that actually mean?
- It’s about creating a lifestyle that supports you day-to-day, month-to- month, season-to-season and year-to-year, positively contributing to your future health, wellbeing and happiness.
- It’s about creating a routine that enables you to listen and understand what your body and mind need while cultivating a lifestyle that reflects your values.
- It’s about being connected to your environment, to the natural rhythms and cycles that influence us.
Feeling overwhelmed by obligations and responsibilities at work and/or at home.
Often feeling too busy, too tired or too stressed to nurture yourself.

Introduce new wellbeing practices in a way that makes it easy to integrate them into everyday life.
Our Seasonal Wellbeing Offerings
At State of Liberty, we believe self-care is a way of life and the best place to start is in the home, making small changes every day and forming habits that will last. We’ve created seasonal wellbeing retreats and resources to help you integrate wellbeing practices into your everyday life.
Our retreats are grounded in ancient wisdom. The practices encourage you to be connected to the present moment, listening to your inner guidance, whilst honouring the natural cycles within you and the natural world.
We feel this holistic approach is what is so needed in our world right now, a soft, considered, gentle approach that honours our feminine nature and our deep desires for an abundant, equal, sustainable world where our freedom and health is valued above greed, power and economic growth.
Each season, we share seasonal wellbeing inspiration over on our blog. The focus in spring is on gentle cleansing, planning, and connecting, so we can move forward with a sense of purpose, confidence, and energy.
Seasonal Self-Care Box
The Seasonal Self-Care Box includes a selection of organic and natural products, plus online content which includes a restful and restorative pamper session and how to make your own natural skincare products.
Seasonal Oil Blend
Essential oils have long been used for their healing properties, both medicinally and for beauty treatments. The SOL Blends are made from organic essential oils and are carefully designed to support you through this season.
The benefits of prioritising your wellbeing
Consciously making space in your week for your wellbeing creates a sense of stability and a feeling of spaciousness, ease and flow.
Dedicating time for your wellbeing is an act of self-love and helps to deepen your connection with your natural innate wisdom and intuition.
Prioritising your wellbeing as part of your vision for the week helps to prevent overwhelm and to avoid over- committing.
Setting intentions allows you to proactively create your life, make changes and take steps towards a life that truly excites you.
When you prioritise your own wellbeing you can be more present, focused and grounded for your friends, family and community.
& so many more
