The weather was spectacular for our first Spring Retreat and participants were able to enjoy the experience while soaking up the sunshine. Thanks to our six carefully chosen wellbeing elements, everyone in the group had the time and space to prioritise self-care, slow down, switch off, rest, reconnect and focus.
